Abstract

Estate Surveyors and Valuers in Nigeria and Valuers in the international context, are trained to ascribe values of any description on real estate, with a menu of courses prescribed and approved by both the National Universities Commission and the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria.
