Pontoscolex corethrurus is an exotic earthworm and they often occur in degraded habitat. Exotic earthworms usually have a eurytopic characteristic to overcome the environmental pressure to enhance their survivability. This mechanism is predicted to include the control of soil mineral level, which is ingested by the earthworms. Here, we tested whether soil mineral contents, i.e.: phosphorous, calcium, magnesium, potassium, and sodium, in Bungku Village, Jambi, influenced mineral content in P. corethrurus
