Abstract

The success of any organization is dependent on the personality of human resources it possesses. Besides other constructs of the personality, Locus of Control and the resultant Subjective Well Being among the employees determine their personal and organizational accomplishment. The two said concepts are comparatively studied in the Malaysian and Nigerian context among 117 government employees drawn from these two countries in the present paper.
