Abstract

The main goal of this research is to explore the impact of different types of employee involvement (EI) on job satisfaction and organisational commitment to give a clearer method for HR practitioners to identify the most suitable type of EI. This study took place through a quantitative methodology using data from the Workplace Employment Relations study in 2011, which is known as the largest dataset in the UK that explored employees
