This comprehensive review article delves into the myriad factors that influence an employee's innovative self-efficacy in architecture firms. By understanding and addressing these factors, firms can harness the full creative potential of their workforce, leading to enhanced design solutions and sustainable growth. The purpose of this research is to systematically examine and comprehensively understand the multifaceted factors that influence an employee's innovative self-efficacy within architecture firms.
