Abstract

The presence of the supervisor for the classroom observation should help establishing a place for learning, sharing, trusting and nurturing, designed to realize the common goal of the institution which is the improvement of student learning (Trevino & Brown, 2004; Smith & Lev-Ari, 2005). Further, it should observe the ethical language used inside the classroom. Guided by the central question,
