THE ROLE OF NON STATE ACTORS

Abstract

The main aim of this paper is to provide an overview and an analysis of the role of non state actors after any disaster. This paper examines the reasons for financing compensation of non state actors in any disaster. It also explores the legal steps taken by responsible organization for any disaster and evaluates the commitment and support to injured workers for their treatments and rehabilitation afterwards. It examines the disbursement of compensation as per law and other financial supports committed by various organization. This paper tries to identify the sources of those funds and donations. Bangladesh is the most vulnerable country in the world because of frequent human induced disaster.
